Frequently asked questions

How long until my order arrives?

Each item is made for you, so there are two timelines: production (2–7 business days) and shipping. Total door-to-door:

US: ~1–2 weeks
Canada, UK, EU: ~2–3 weeks
Rest of world: ~3–4 weeks

Can I cancel or change my order?

Email us within 4 hours of placing the order and we'll do our best. Once a product is in production, we can't pull it back.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Email hello@plottwistgoods.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund — see the refund policy.

Do you accept returns or exchanges for size or fit?

Because every item is made-to-order, we can't accept size or fit returns. Each product page has a sizing chart — check it before ordering and we'll be fine.

How should I care for my apparel?

Wash inside-out in cold water with similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Don't iron directly over the print. Treat your tee like a paperback you actually love and it'll last.

Are mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes on both, but hand-washing keeps the print looking newer for longer.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — to most of North America, Europe, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, and a handful of other countries. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the customer's responsibility.

Why are designs limited to public-domain authors and original humor?

Because we'd rather make merch we can actually keep selling. We design around public-domain authors, generic reader culture, and our own original takes — not specific in-copyright book titles, covers, or character names.
