Refund & Replacement Policy

Every Plot Twist Goods item is printed just for you when you order it. Because products are made to order, we handle issues a little differently than a warehouse store — but we will always make it right.

Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@plottwistgoods.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No need to ship anything back.

Size or fit issues

Check the size chart on each product page before ordering — our apparel runs true to size. If you ordered the wrong size, email us within 30 days and we'll work with you on a one-time courtesy replacement.

Change of mind

Because each item is printed to order, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse. If your order hasn't entered production yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll try to cancel or modify it.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
