Shipping Policy

Every item is printed to order — that keeps waste low and means your piece is made just for you.

Orders enter production immediately and take 2–5 business days to print, press, and quality-check.

United States: 3–8 business days (most orders arrive in about a week to a week and a half total)
Canada: 6–12 business days
International: 10–20 business days depending on destination and customs

You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. Give it 24–48 hours to start updating.

We can update your shipping address only before the order enters production — email hello@plottwistgoods.com right away if you spot a mistake.

If tracking hasn't moved in 7+ days or your package appears lost, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and reship if needed.

Note: international orders may be subject to import duties or taxes determined by your country; these are the recipient's responsibility.
